The Youth Council of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz promotes the participation of a group of seven young people of the town in the European Youth Exchange 'Divercity', which is held from September 1 to 8 in the Hungarian city of Bordany.
This exchange is part of the program 'Erasmus +: Youth in Action' and in it will be present about thirty students from Spain, Romania, Hungary and Portugal, who will live an intercultural learning experience, sharing experiences and knowledge about a project of virtual city.
Young caravaqueños who will attend this exchange have been selected among the participants of the various programs developed by the Department of Youth throughout the year, such as the 'Healthy Journey' or 'Youth Correspondents'.
On their return to Caravaca de la Cruz, the seven young people will carry out various actions to promote and make visible their experience in Hungary, making known among their peers the aims of the project 'Erasmus +: Youth in Action', which includes multiple initiatives such as exchanges or the European volunteer service.
The Department of Youth of the Caravaqueño Consistory joins these programs, which are funded by the European Union, in order to promote mobility and promote learning experiences and cultural exchange.
