The 'Cueva Negra' scout group opens the registration period to participate in the 'Solar Round 18/19' activities (07/09/2018)

The scout group 'Cueva Negra' of Caravaca de la Cruz opens the registration period in the 'Solar Round 18/19' to participate in activities aimed at children and young people that take place every Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., in the Young Center and in different natural environments.

The scout group 'Cueva Negra' was created last year at the initiative of ExMu Explorers of Murcia, with the support of the Department of Youth of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, to offer new alternatives for healthy leisure in an environment of personal growth.

To do this, a group of volunteers from the Northwest Region program different activities with which they promote values ​​such as love for nature, respect for others or the importance of family and friendship.

"We work to promote personal integrity, critical spirit, creativity, self-sufficiency and teamwork", as stressed by its coordinator, Miguel Martínez, who has indicated that "they can join the group of children to From the age of eight (3 rd grade) up to the age of 21, when they will be able to be scouter and continue volunteering for others ".

The coordinator of the group also reported that the 'Round 18-19' will begin on September 22 at the Youth Center, "so we invite parents, children and young people to come and meet us, have fun and resolve your doubts. "

Last year the scout group 'Cueva Negra' began its journey with the realization of games, workshops, chats and camping, among other activities.
