From tomorrow, Tuesday, October 23, and until December 18, the City of Caravaca de la Cruz makes available to citizens a point of information on the aid contained in the Housing Plan for the Region of Murcia 2018- 2021, which is endowed with a total of 79.76 million euros, of which 62 are contributed by the Government of Spain and 17.6 by the regional administration.
The information point will provide its services every Tuesday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the premises of the Department of Transparency and Citizen Participation, located at cuesta del Castillo, number 2, where an expert technician in the field will inform about the different aids and subsidies reflected in said plan, in addition to advising free of charge all the necessary procedures to be able to process the application.
The aids and subsidies included in the current Housing Plan are the following:
Help with the rental of housing.
It helps people in situations of eviction or launching of their habitual residence.
Grants for rehabilitation, accessibility and improvement of the energy efficiency of buildings and homes (urban and rural).
At the Information Point of the 2017 Housing Plan, which was active for seven days in the months of June and July, more than a hundred residents were attended, who were informed and advised to request different grants and subsidies, the most defendants, in order from highest to lowest, housing rental assistance, rehabilitation of buildings and aid for the drafting of the Building Assessment Report.
