The municipal group of Citizens has paid tribute to the victims of sexist violence at the last Plenary.
A motion of formation led to the reading of a manifesto, where it was made clear that it is necessary to apply the measures established in the recently signed State Pact against Gender Violence and the agreement between Citizens and the regional government to eradicate this scourge of our society.
The orange spokesman, José Carlos Gómez, also defended the need for a Local Financing Law, although he made it clear that "we are aware that this must go hand in hand with a reform of the autonomic law, always based on the principle of fiscal solidarity enshrined in our Constitution. "
The training also presented several initiatives, including one in reference to the situation of families with children with special educational needs who have not had access to the scholarship.
Also discussed was the need to embellish one of the entrances to the town, with a deteriorated appearance due to the proliferation of billboards without order and concert and the poor state of some agricultural plots whose weeds invade the platform.
Finally, the placement of gratings at the base of the ornamental trees was also requested to avoid the accumulation of dirt and to facilitate the transit to pedestrians with baby carriages or in wheelchairs.
