The Professional Conservatory of Music 'Leandro Martínez Romero', in collaboration with the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, celebrates during this week a Christmas Festival, with different performances and concerts.
The route of the students of the method 'Suzuki' opens today, Monday December 17, the programming.
From 5:00 pm, they will perform Christmas carols at the Residencia de Ancianos, at the Regional Hospital of the Northwest and at the Conservatory.
On Wednesday, December 19, at 6.30 pm, in the auditorium of the Conservatory, a concert of the 'Suzuki' method will be offered.
On Thursday, December 20, at 8:00 p.m., in the church of El Salvador, the orchestra and choir of the Municipal School of Music and the Conservatory will star in the Christmas Concert.
The program will end this Friday, December 21, at 7:00 pm, in the auditorium of the House of Culture 'Emilio Sáez', with the concert by the bands of the Municipal School of Music and the Conservatory.
The Professional Conservatory of Music 'Leandro Martínez Romero' of Caravaca de la Cruz offers throughout the course a large program of activities open to the public and free, in order to bring the work of the center to local society and that students can put into practice what they have learned in different types of acts and concerts.
This course, the center has 31 teachers, 758 students and a wide educational offer, with more than 20 different instrumental specialties, as well as Dance, Musical Initiation and Suzuki Violin Method.
One of the priority objectives of the Caravaqueño conservatory is to enhance instrumental practice in groups, not only through large groups, orchestras or bands, but especially through the subject of Chamber Music, which this year has 18 different formations.
