The councilor of Urbanism, Works and Environment in the City of Caravaca, Enrique Fuentes, and the Minister of Water, Agriculture and Livestock and Fisheries of the Autonomous Community, Miguel Ángel del Amor, visited the facilities of the company Invisa Plant Biotechnology, located in the hamlet of Caravaqueña de Barranda, dedicated to the production of rootstocks of apricot, almond, plum, peach and cherry.
The company has a human team composed of 25 people, of which 24 are women.
This company produces one million plants per year in 45 square meters thanks to in vitro cultivation.
The purpose of the entity is to develop and offer to the agricultural sector propagated plants with high phytosanitary, genetic and agronomic quality.
