The Plenary Hall hosted the holding of the extraordinary meetings of the three municipal societies that the City Council of Caravaca de la Cruz currently has.
The purpose of the call was to appoint the new members of the respective boards of directors.
The proposals of the Mayor's Office for the composition of the councils of the companies of 'Caravaca Radio', 'Soil Management' and 'Caravaca Jubilar' were approved with the favorable vote of all the political groups that make up the Municipal Corporation.
“Our objective has been to create pluralistic administration councils, in which all political groups have a place and representation, together with the technical personnel related to the area,” said the mayor, Jos Francisco Garca, who thanked “all the components that will accept the position to work together for Caravaca ”.
The mayor also pointed out that, in the case of the 'Land Management Society', “at the next meeting a modification of its statutes will be addressed in order to include in its Board of Directors all political groups with municipal representation and also to experts or professionals of the sector ”.
The bylaws provide that the management and representation of companies will be entrusted to a board of directors.
In this regard, given the automatic termination of the directors due to the termination of the mandate of the previous Local Corporation, new members have been proposed.
