The "Good morning with Bread!" campaign promoted by the Interprofessional Organization of Bakery and Derived Cereals (INCERHPAN) to value the positive effects of bread consumption from the nutritional point of view among children aged 6 to 12 years, it arrives today in Caravaca de la Cruz, a spectacular bread bus that has a "panoteca" with the main varieties and categories, a work table with "toppings" and interactive games as well as ovens for baking of bread that will make Delights of schoolchildren who will come to participate in this fun and educational day accompanied by their teachers.
The "Pantast Captain" will welcome and present an exceptional baker master, who will explain to the students the process of making bread and its ingredients.
Children will learn to make their own bread from a portion of fermented dough, which they will customize with toppings or toppings.
While the bread is baked, a master baker will teach a class about the origin of the bread, the different types and varieties of bread, while a nutritionist will explain the nutritional details of the bread and its most relevant varieties, recommended amounts of consumption, breakfast ideas and snacks ....
At the end of the lesson, the Pantastic Captain will test what students have learned through the interactive game of bread and, later, will give them a kit with the bread that each one has prepared, while the teacher will also take didactic material so you can continue to expand information in class.
It is planned that the "pantastic tour" travels throughout the Spanish geography over 20 days, during the morning with school visits and during the afternoon with the participation of the general public.
