Registration to be users of this new municipal service is carried out starting tomorrow, Thursday 20, in the Centro Joven by fingerprint
The City of Caravaca de Cruz puts into operation the 'Classroom of Study 24 hours', enabled in a municipal premises more than 120 square meters of the Severo Ochoa street.
The mayor, José Francisco García, has inaugurated this public service, which, in his words, "is a long-demanded action by students and opponents and a commitment from the municipal government that today is a reality."
The 24-hour Study Classroom bears the name of the Caravaquea language and literature writer Encarna Reinón, "a person who reflects the soul of this place for his passion for study and who left a deep mark among his classmates and students, demonstrating in his stories, articles and stories a great love and respect for his land, "as noted by the Councilor for Youth, Laura Sánchez Domenech.
All persons of legal age or who turn 18 during this course may make use of the installation by simply registering using the fingerprint.
The registrations in the service will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., starting tomorrow, Thursday, February 20, at the Centro Joven.
The room has all the comforts and security systems to provide service without interruption 24 hours a day, without the need to be provided with the physical presence of municipal personnel.
The installation is domotized, with light and timed air conditioning through motion sensors.
When the room is without movement more than twenty minutes all services are disconnected to optimize energy consumption.
In addition, security cameras and emergency push buttons with intercom are permanently connected to the Local Police.
Each of the 62 study points also has an internet connection via WIFI, USB port and power and mobile charging points.
Likewise, the toilets have been conditioned and lockers and a panel have been placed where all the mandatory use regulations are included in this new municipal space.
