The Community and the Interior Ministry will collaborate on the design and development of the Safety Plan and Emergency Jubilee Year 2017 Caravaca de la Cruz, which will integrate all special devices civil protection in order to ensure and enhance the safety of pilgrims and visitors to the holy city.
