The Municipal Socialist Group submitted to this wrongheaded urban policy, many arguments in this Part Plan, in no case were taken into account, focusing on environmental and social unsustainability of a larger project of this type and the cumulative effect with other existing plans Archivel Area, such as the Roblecillo and not to respond to the real needs of housing, an issue that the real estate market situation has been confirmed many times over.
So much so that none of the aforementioned plans have been developed today.
