The City of Caravaca implement four projects for improvement of village streets and the village of Singla within the Works and Services Plan 2011.
The planned measures adopted at the last Board of Governors, are resurfacing Almeria Avenue, installation of a branch of rain in Diego Cortez Avenue and the renovation of lighting in the area of the Fountain of Singla.
The Plan of Works and Services has a budget of 266,487 euros, of which 225,782 are provided by the region and 40,705 by the city of Caravaca.
The renovation project Almeria Avenue will operate on an area of 2,500 square meters with a budget of 105,171 euros.
The planned measures, with a lead time of 3 months, will include the complete renovation of the steel floor base pavement, the replacement of water and sewer connections, the resurfacing and replacement of signage and street furniture based on bins, bollards and guardrails.
The installation of stormwater branch on Avenida Diego Cortes budgeted at 85,431 euros, will also include replacement of pavement and the rush of water and wastewater.
For its part, the renovation project for public lighting in the area of the Single Source will have a lead time of two months and will consist mainly in providing ornamental lighting to this area, with a population close to 500 people.
Moreover, the council Works and Services, Juan Pedro Sánchez, pointed out that already in place all the measures envisaged in the Works and Services Plan 2010 and are beginning the work of resurfacing, lighting and improved groundwater networks in different streets of the town and the hamlet of Los Royos.
The POS has received this year total budget of 209,708 euros and has hit the streets Simancas, Cervantes, Argentina, Pedro Campos, Adolfo Pascual, Knights Sanjuanistas, Jesús Hernández, and Father Julian Rivero Street Basin and the San José Church The hamlet of Royos.
