The Municipal Office of Complaints and Suggestions launched the service "Talk to the City Council on-line."
This new system allows citizens to directly contact a city official, which will address their concerns, complaints or suggestions and submit them to the appropriate department.
"Talk to the City on-line" is added to the channels of communication with those who already have the Office of complaints and suggestions, among which is the form-face, email and voicemail.
The Councillor for New Technologies, Salvador Gomez, explained that this new service allows citizens to engage in real time and in the form of chat, a conversation with the office staff, employing www.caravaca web page. org.
"This way, you avoid trips to City Hall, are made more accessible and close the services provided by local government and at the same time, orders and streamlines the work of the workers," the mayor stressed .
On the other hand, has created a page www.caravaca.org "Digital Bulletin Board", which will publish information of interest to citizens.
