After requesting several important documents for the normal development of our work in the face of initiatives to raise in our efforts to control municipal management, not the information you provided within 5 days that dictates the rules of this Ayuntamiento (Town Hall organic regulation).

Specifically we have not been given the contract with the concessionaire of the blue, another contract with a company that has the maintenance of certain parks and gardens and so does the rental agreement under which is currently the local police.

In the absence of these documents required the local group can not exercise, as it must, control of governance and especially the economic impact of such management issues specific to the public.

Same or worse it seems the ridiculous delay that has been occurring in the delivery of the Minutes of the Local Government (in which we are not the councilors of the opposition).

While the Regulation says that within a fortnight, should be sent to all Political Parties Council copy of the minutes, this is not true even remotely an issue that it has been shown numerous times to the Mayor.

Thus we denounce the constant delays of more than 6 months that have taken place for that very strongly, we delivered the said Acts, which prevents us from adopting arrangements particularly when many of these agreements are delegated powers of full in the Board of Governors, so that we can know is preventing and do our job even in matters that are of the House.

However, as stated by Alfonso Sanchez, we have reminded the Mayor that the competition for the custody and on time delivery of these documents lies with the Secretary General of the council, which can not escape the line of duty in this regard belongs (unless a reasoned decision of the Mayor).

So they have asked to meet the deadlines for delivery of documents as requested and the relevant minutes of Governing Board (in this case without request) in accordance with current regulations.
