Maintain a Motion to next plenary |

In April 2010, the Municipal Socialist Group filed a Motion that was passed by the House, where we proposed the following RESOLUTION:

Developing a Plan of conditioning and improving Archivel streets, with special emphasis on those in worse condition for the passage of people and vehicles.

Proceed with paving and improving the firm in all the streets that need it, repercutiéndolo on promoters where appropriate ".

However, we believe that practically has not been fulfilled that agreement, because a total of about 15 streets, most land and never has come, the only action that the City was conducted mainly under a few newly opened as Calle Jose Maria Mata, New Street and part of Poli Street, coincidentally just a week before the municipal elections of 2011 (the end was obvious election), although the cost of such an arrangement in consider this case belonged to the developers who built these streets against new opening and the City, leaving as it is the oldest.

Therefore, many residents outraged Archivel wonder why some of the streets of the town of this district still after so many years without being unpaved and without sidewalks, others damaged and bumpy, and in other cases without giving a solution to the problems of the runoff and likewise why do not take action when they have to take to certain abuses.

In this sense it is surprising to see some recent building, even a fence, where it has been occupying part of the street, such as in Noguericas, which in no case can or should allow, by the City.

Specifically, recent fences seem to invade part of a Street Noguericas area, leaving a narrow passage, by not respecting both the route of said street as possible setbacks of the road that follows.

All this, as we have shown in the motion that we have presented to the next plenary to adopt the following RESOLUTION:

REPORT Developing a Plan Technical and conditioning and improving Archivel streets, with special emphasis on those in worse condition or that have never been fully or partially paved, assessing the impact of the cost on developers who have built, where appropriate, and take steps to restore the corresponding public road layout, where this has been invaded, as in the case of a street in Noguericas.
