The Department of Celebration of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz delivered yesterday afternoon in the photo contest prizes "Fiestas de Caravaca ', organized through social network Instagram.
The first prize of a digital camera, went to Vicente Martinez (@ vicentemtnez), the second equipped with a tablet, to Juan Fernández de Gea (@ saltacekias) and the third is equipped with two nights for two people in the coast of Almeria, for Eva Martinez (@ kaevi).
Celebrations Councilman Jose Francisco Garcia has valued very positively the results of the first contest in Instagram, since there have been more than 1,000 photographs that have allowed to promote the festivities of Caravaca among the millions of users of this popular social network.
Also, the council announced that coincided with the convening of the second edition of the contest, will be an exhibition consists of a selection of the most voted on this year.
The contest has been sponsored by the concessionaire of water service, Aqualia, and travel agency caravaqueña "The Traveler's Loft," which have given the awards.
The winning photo, designed by Vicente Martinez, pick a time of pre-competition parade "Horse to Hair" and has received a total of 1,322 votes from Instagram users.
The second prize, which also reflects a time in the afternoon of May 1, received 1,264 "likes" and photography awarded the third prize, which immortalizes a moment the children's parade, got 261 votes.
The Department of Celebration called this event within the promotional campaign developed social networks past celebrations.
