The Plenary approved, with the support of all political groups represented in the table, a motion in favor of maintaining the service Tax Liquidation Regional Office in Caravaca de la Cruz, currently located on the premises of Land Registry.
The City of Caravaca de la Cruz agreed to submit to the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia the request to reach an agreement with the Land Registry for the continuity of the Autonomous Tax Liquidation Office in Caravaca de la Cruz for reasons efficiency, proximity, immediacy and savings.
As reflected in the text, "coordination in the same physical space of these services results in greater flexibility and control over the proceedings of sale, gifts or inheritances involving transfer of assets and reduce discomfort, displacement and procedures for citizens of the Caravaca and Northwest Region in meeting their tax obligations. "
Also, the motion states that "the continuity of this service also maintaining those jobs directly address this office within the Land Registry."
