The Department of Sports City of Caravaca de la Cruz shape their monitors and caretakers in basic life support and manejode semiautomatic defibrillators.
The training course, which was also attended by a group of agents of the local police, has been held for the past two weeks on the premises of the Youth Centre.
The City of Caravaca de la Cruz has aquirido six defibrillators, amounting to 6,000 euros, rooming in the sports facilities of the municipality and transported to events with significant crowds of people.
The training prepares students to be able devalorar the situation of a potential victim, alert emergency services, perform CPR (compressions and ventilations), act in an obstruction of the airway by a foreign body and place the victim in recovery position and the correct use of automated defibrillators.
