For this reason we believe it is imperative that the City of Caravaca reach an agreement or arrangement with Telecaravaca to this issue is plenary sessions with free Internet access or the yield to be emitted from the municipal website.
Even more reason also the local radio station, Radio Caravaca, could issue live plenary sessions, as can also be heard online.
For this reason we propose to the Plenary Council, the following agreement:
That the City will perform all steps or arrangements are appropriate to the issue, both video and radio, with free Internet access for meetings of the Plenary Council.
