The Department of Traffic and Citizen of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz security is improving facilities Children's Traffic Park with the creation of a classroom for lectures driver education, the councilor responsible for the area, Emilio Pérez Marín, during practice session held with hundred students from the Municipal Sports School Activities Nature.
The facilities will be completed ahead of the conclusion of the Third Conference on Road Safety Education, scheduled for next February and March, with the participation of different schools in the municipality.
In the theoretical and practical sessions, the agents of the local police are responsible for recreating real situations of public roads in order to educate children as pedestrians and future drivers.
The City of Caravaca de la Cruz, in collaboration the Provincial Traffic, material conditioned and endowed the Children's Traffic Park, located next to the garden Pedro García-Esteller.
The park covers an area of ​​approximately 9,000 square meters and has vertical and horizontal signage, roundabouts, traffic lights, 3 motorcycles, a kart and thirty bikes.
