The Electoral Committee of the Popular Party of Caravaca de la Cruz has appointed José Francisco García as a candidate for mayor of Caravaca de la Cruz for the upcoming municipal elections.
This agreement has been transferred to regional bodies of the party, in compliance with its statutes.
José Francisco García was born in Caravaca de la Cruz 37 years.
He is married and has two daughters.
Diploma in Business Studies, is Head of administration in a company of the Northwest Region and is linked to caravaqueño tourism sector.
From a young age he has held several positions in the town, including board member of Commission of Celebration of the Royal and Illustrious Brotherhood of Vera Cruz, the Bando de los Caballos del Vino and component Armaos Company.
During this term, has been councilor responsible for the area of ​​Celebration, promoting initiatives such as the restoration of the current House-Museum of Wine Horses and management and promotion of the candidacy Unesco Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
