The theater Thuillier Caravaca de la Cruz brought together many students, parents and teachers to attend the final competition 'The Top Junior', an initiative promoted by the City of Caravaca de la Cruz and the Association of Merchants and Entrepreneurs (ACHC ).
Were winners, first prize, the school Basilio Saez with "spring roll with asparagus Salmon";
the second prize went to "False Pionono Ham" by Basilio Saez, and the third prize went to the school 'El Salvador' with 'Salmburguer'.
Together with the proposals made by each host, covers 26 selected in the eight participating schools will be tasted at the bars and restaurants of the gastronomic map 'Caravaca de tapas "which begins this Thursday, May, and ends on November 29 .
The first contest 'The Top Junior "has had several purposes. First, add a distinctive element' in Caravaca De tapas", in relation to such events taking place in other locations, and on the other, promote each students of 4th, 5th and 6th Primary taste for concina and healthy eating habits.
The jury of experts meeting in Thuillier was formed by Pablo Conejero, holder of the only Michelin star in the Region of Murcia, next to the food critic for the newspaper La Verdad, Sergio Gallero;
The former contestant on MasterChef, Mireia Ruiz, and the owner of the restaurant "El Sordo" Ricote, Jesús Ortiz.
