Sacofes, the Festive Hall and Cofrade of Caravaca de la Cruz, this weekend is celebrated, 7 and 8 November in the old church of the Jesuits, with the participation of exhibitors and 20 bands Murcia .
The third edition will be inaugurated tomorrow, Friday, at 20.00.
Sacofes is organized by the Association of Guilds of Holy Week, in cooperation with the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, the Royal and Illustrious Brotherhood of Vera Cruz and the Band of Drums and Bugles of Our Lady of Sorrows of Cehegín.
"This event serves as a meeting point between guilds, musical groups, bands of drums and bugles, festive groups and professionals," said Councilman Celebrations and Culture, Oscar Martinez, during the press conference together with representatives the Association of Guilds, Juan Elum, Bartholomew Caparros and Alfonso Martinez, who thanked his involvement in organizing Sacofes.
The presentation also participated Quica Sánchez, organizer of the Festival of Young Performers.
The Society of Jesus will remain open to the public, with free admission, from 9.00 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00.
Visitors will find exhibitors from fifteen local institutions and commercial firms related to Easter and festive world.
Clothing parallel activities to the exhibition will begin on Saturday at 12.00 pm with the parade of the Brotherhood of the Legionaries of Murcia, from Pim Paco Square Plaza del Arco.
At 1700 hours, this brotherhood held a processional pilgrimage with Christ Crucified, from the Church of the Clares Nuns to the Royal Basilica of Vera Cruz.
Musical Sacofes within the Young Performers Competition, to be held on Saturday at 19.00 pm in the Cultural Hall of Cajamurcia also falls.
It will involve Arturo Abellan, Francisco Javier Lopez Marin, Clara Roca Toro, Zamora María del Pilar Abril, Irene sang Square, Morenilla and Alba Garcia Ana Maria and Francisco Javier Lopez Marin.
On Sunday, in the Plaza Tuzla, concerts by bands of the twelve participants in this year's Sacofes will happen.
