One. The 2017 Jubilee Year of Caravaca de la Cruz, will be considered an exceptional event of public interest for the purposes of the provisions of Article 27 of Law 49/2002 of 23 December on the tax regime non-profit organizations and tax incentives for patronage.
Two.
The duration of the program of support for the event will be from January 1, 2016 until June 30, 2018.
Three.
The certification of the adequacy of the costs incurred to the objectives and plans of the program shall be in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Law 49/2002.
Four.
The actions to be taken will be to ensure the proper development of the event.
The development and realization of plans and programs specific activities will be undertaken by the competent body in accordance with the provisions of the Act 49/2002.
Five.
The tax benefits of this program will be the maximum set out in Article 27.3 of the Act 49/2002 of 23 December on the taxation of non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage.
On the other hand also we knew that this week has been closed by the Regional Government in the 'World Travel Market' in London an important agreement with the WTO (World Tourism Organization) to encourage the promotion of the Jubilee Year 2017.
