The councilman of Youth in caravaqueño Consistory, Esther Poveda, visited the first edition of 'Teenage School', which was launched at the Youth Center in order to bring young people of interest issues, useful for personal development.
The visit coincided with the workshop 'Mal de Amores' on healthy relationships and egalitarian relationships, formative action programmed within the acts of the International Day Against Violence Against Women.
"Make permanent training workshops and create a meeting place for young people to pool issues which can affect their social, emotional and academic development are two of the objectives that have driven us to implement this project," the mayor recalled Youth.
The added programming will be enriched along the way with topics proposed by the students of the school and users of the Youth Center.
The 'School Teens' is taught newspapers Friday 17.00 to 20.00, throughout the academic year, with free workshops, posed in a dynamic and participatory.
To date they have addressed the study techniques, control of test anxiety and the aforementioned on egalitarian relationships.
The next workshops will be the social network (December 11), public speaking techniques, and awareness and sensitization on gender violence.
Since the Youth Council encourage young people to participate and propose future workshops for this course.
