The concert series continues this sonorous space Thursday, May 13, at 2030 hours in the old Society of Jesus with the proposal of Archimede, considered one of the groups most prestigious chamber music in Europe.
Archimede Sicilian quartet is known for its technical precision, combining clarity, style and emotional involvement.
His artistic research extends across a broad musical landscape, from Haydn to Shostakovich, covering three centuries of chamber music, with forays also into the contemporary repertoire.
Archimede collaborates with several eminent musicians from different countries in a bid to unite individuals and cultures.
In fact, the quartet is regularly invited to work with the foundation's most prestigious music festivals and theaters in and outside Italy.
The Sound Space festival, held last year with the designation of Echoes, is being developed in the cities of Caravaca de la Cruz, Cartagena, Lorca and Molina de Segura.
This cycle is considered one of the most important in Spain in terms of number of concerts and quality of the participating musicians, classical music links proposed buildings and historical sites.
The councilman of Culture of the City, Maria Cruz Pérez, has highlighted the level and prestige of the training participants, some from France, Italy and Switzerland, while reminded that all concerts are free to approach the classical music audience.
