The Department of Education of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz has called for supplementary aids to the European mobility program 'Erasmus'.

The deadline for submitting applications ends on June 20 and the bases that regulate the procedure are available for consultation in the municipal web portal (caravaca.org).

These financial aids are intended for those university students, residents of Caravaca de la Cruz, beneficiaries of an 'Erasmus' scholarship during the 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 courses.

In this way, the Caravaqueño Consistory collaborates with those students of higher education who participate in a European educational and cultural experience, supporting mobility and the exchange of knowledge for the creation of a community of young and future qualified professionals with international experience.

The City of Caravaca de la Cruz has allocated a total amount of 12,000 euros for this call for support to the beneficiaries of the 'Erasmus' program.

The aid per student will not exceed the amount of 500 euros, if the stay abroad is extended throughout the academic year, and 250 euros if the stay is for a semester.

Students enrolled in the municipality of Caravaca de la Cruz can apply for them and those who have already benefited from this scholarship in previous calls will not be able to access it.

The regulatory bases, which have been published in the Official Bulletin of the Region of Murcia (BORM), are published both on the municipal bulletin board and on the web www.caravaca.org.

The applications will preferably be presented in the General Register of the City Council or by any of the means established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations.

If the request is sent by mail, it will be necessary to present it in an open envelope so that it can be dated and stamped by the post office official before it is certified.
