Caravaca de la Cruz has been one of the municipalities invited to the festivities in honor of the Virgen de la Arrixaca, which are held in the Murcia neighborhood of San Andrés.

Last Sunday took place the delivery of the flag of the city by the mayor of Caravaca, José Moreno Medina, who was accompanied by representatives of the Royal and Old Brotherhood of Devotees of Santa María de la Arrixaca, organizer of the act, and by components of the board representative of the Royal and Illustrious Brotherhood of the True Cross.

Previously, a mass was celebrated presided by the rector of the Royal Basilica of Vera Cruz, Emilio Sánchez Espín.
