Raúl López, New Business Developer in Zone 5, will intervene to show the wide range of solutions for the ecommerce offered by Correos and the new CityPaq service
Correos participates from today and until next June 10 in the Jute Fashion Week to be held in the Monumental Courtyard of the Jesuits of Caravaca de la Cruz.
Around 20 brands of footwear and fashion accessories will participate in this fair.
Correos will be present at the fair with a post in which the main Correos products aimed at the digital environment will be shown.
From this space attendees can learn about the operation of Citypaq or the Comandia platform for online sales, among others.
In addition, Correos will participate in a professional action dedicated to "How to sell more in the digital environment".
Raúl López, New Post Office Developer in zone 5, will present attendees the support provided by Correos to a multitude of companies in their digital transformation process thanks to services such as Comandia, Mi Postal, prepaid systems, CityPaq, etc.
Raúl López will also announce the various options available both for national and international parcels.
Throughout these days will also show the great variety and flexibility in delivery points available to Correos throughout the national territory.
Correos offers to receive orders at home, at the post office chosen by the recipient or in the CityPaq network of lockers, of which there are already nearly 4,000 installed throughout Spain, especially in high traffic areas such as gas stations, supermarkets, stations Closeness or large business centers.
In addition, Correos has designed solutions for another of the key points of e-commerce: the returns.
Through its reverse logistics service, Correos allows customers to return purchases in the network of 2,400 post offices or in most of CityPaq (more than 2,000 already admit this service) or, even, with home collection.
Citypaq, innovative solution for ecommerce
Thanks to CityPaq, the brand that has created Correos that encompasses the automatic parcel terminals, the packages await their recipients and not the other way around, as had been the case until now.
In particular Correos has already installed its first CityPaq device in Caravaca located in the Consum supermarket on Juan Carlos I Avenue and in the Murcia Region it has already installed more than 280 points in public and private areas.
The boom in electronic commerce has shown new logistical needs, such as: that the seller and the buyer can be in different locations;
that the buyer requests the greatest flexibility in the delivery and demands a comfortable system of returns and that both have timely information on the status of the shipments.
For the installation of these terminals and their maintenance, only a space of at least one square meter is necessary to locate the device and access the electric current.
