The City of Caravaca de la Cruz has given a boost to the implementation of electronic administration with the approval in plenary of an ordinance that regulates the use of information and communication systems required by current legislation and the signing of a collaboration agreement with the Diputación de Albacete, which will allow the implementation of all the applications and tools integrated in the integral management platform 'Sedipualb @' created by that body.
In this way, it complies with the obligation of the local administration to establish the Electronic Administration since the entry into force of laws 39/2015 of Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and 40/2015 of the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.
The spokesman of the government team, Enrique Fuentes, said that both the ordinance and the agreement with the Diputación de Albacete points approved unanimously - "will contribute greatly to modernize the internal workings of the City Council, optimizing resources and streamlining the services that they are provided daily to citizens, in addition to other associated benefits such as significant savings in paper and space. Among the objectives that are expected to be achieved with the materialization of this agreement, is the complete and early update of the cadastral registry and the reduction of charges to the citizen.
The Plenary also gave the green light to the motion presented by the Municipal Socialist Group for adherence to the manifesto of the 'Transparent Safe' Platform, as it shows support for the traditional agricultural sector and the agro-environment.
This platform has been constituted as a social movement, with a single voice, which integrates farmers from the original irrigations of the autonomous communities of Castilla la Mancha, Andalucía, Murcia and Valencia, who have used their historical irrigation rights in a responsible manner and sustainable.
Among the priority purposes of the platform is the defense of traditional irrigation linked to the Segura River, as well as its aquifers, springs and tributaries, compared to other models that reduce natural resources and alter the landscape.
On the other hand, the last ordinary plenary session began with the debate of an emergency motion for the creation and regulation of a sports section, which will allow local teams from the smaller categories of the 'Municipal Sports Schools' to continue in federated competitions. next sports season.
The proposal made by the Department of Sports, approved with the favorable votes of the government team and the abstention of opposition groups, consisted in the creation of a sports section as a non-profit entity constituted by the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, under the Law 8/2015 of Physical Activity and Sport of the Region of Murcia.
Finally, the proposal formulated by the councils of Tourism and Commerce for the declaration of May 2 and 3 as non-working local days for work purposes for the year 2019 was also approved.
