On Saturday, September 15, the finale to the summer cultural program will end with the concert of the group 'Innovación Mexicana', which will arrive in Caravaca de la Cruz as part of its concert tour through Spain.
The show will take place on the Paseo de la Corredera, at 9.30 pm, with free access until full capacity is reached.
The councilors of Culture and Social Services in the Caravaqueño Consistory, Óscar Martínez and María José Soria, respectively, together with a representation of the components of the musical formation from Jalisco, invited the caravaqueños and caravaqueñas to participate in this activity aimed at all the publics
To facilitate the assistance of all the residents of the municipality, a free bus service will be made available, stopping in the districts, coordinated through the different women's associations.
'Innovación Mexicana' is a music-vocal formation, composed of eleven artists, being the first mariachi group composed exclusively of female singers and instrumentalists.
"We show Mexican traditional music through different international stages, as well as other varied and versatile genres known to all, which makes us a true musical innovation", according to one of the group's members.
From 'Mexican Innovation' also stressed their commitment to the equality of women in the world of music, as the group is promoted and formed by female voices and music, which is a novelty and a uniqueness within the mariachi style.
