The Department of Sports of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz launches a new edition of the municipal program of hiking 'D'Ruta', with the motto 'What every Sunday we are your routine!'.
The deadline to participate in the first of the seven scheduled tours is open.
Registrations can be made, until the maximum number of places offered is completed, through the web portal www.sporttia.com or at the offices of the Municipal Sports Service, located in the Juan Antonio Corbalán pavilion.
The first route will take place this Sunday, November 11, through the caravaqueños sites of El Retamalejo and Castillo de Celda, with an approximate distance of 15.5 kilometers and a duration of about four and a half hours.
The itinerary is cataloged level '1+', of low difficulty, suitable for all types of people fond of hiking.
The 'D'Ruta' program consists of departures by surroundings of the municipality of Caravaca de la Cruz and neighboring municipalities and provinces, including routes of intensity low, medium, medium-high and high level so that they can participate from people who want to start in the practice of hiking to sportsmen accustomed to mountaineering.
The goal of the Department of Sports is to encourage the love of sports in nature and promote healthy habits of life.
'D'Ruta' 2018/2019 will continue with the following tours: 'Cerro Trompetero y Gordo' (December 2), 'Revolcadores' (January 13), 'Morrón de los Lobos y Rendija' (February 10), Parque Natural Sierra de María (March 24) and Barranco de Hondares (May 12).
The program 'D'Ruta' 2018/19 on June 2 and 3 with an exit to the enclave known as 'Catedral del Senderismo', located in the province of Alicante, in the vicinity of the Vall de Laguar, near the town of Fleix.
Registration for the 'D'Ruta' program will take place on the Monday before each departure.
