Caravaca de la Cruz will showcase its tourist offer at the XXII International Tourism Fair of the Interior (Intur), which opens its doors on Thursday, November 22, until Sunday 25 at the Valladolid Fair.
The City of Caravaca de la Cruz will be present at this tourism event -in which companies, public institutions and professionals working in the different areas of inland tourism- come together with the Commonwealth of Tourism Services of the Northwest, sharing space with the municipalities of Cehegín, Calasparra and Moratalla, to promote the varied offer of religious, cultural, natural and gastronomic tourism in the region.
In the joint stand videos of each of the destinations will be screened, information will be provided to professionals and the general public and gastronomic tastings will be held.
In addition, the Caravaqueño Consistory has arranged several meetings with industry professionals in 'INTUR Business', a contracting market that brings together national and international buyers.
Enogastronomy, culture and nature are the three main axes around which the theme of the XXII International Tourism Fair (Intur) 2018 will be moved. The participation of the private sector grows this year, so that Intur will have 300 exhibitors representing a thousand tourist destinations, in addition to being present 13 of the 17 autonomous communities and the Autonomous City of Ceuta.
At the international level, there are 20 countries, of which 15 will be in Intur Negocios, one of the main bases of the fair.
The presence of Spain and of Portugal is increased above all.
Italy, Cuba, the Dominican Republic are some of those countries, together with Japan, which is the country invited to coincide with the 150th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations with Spain.
The Feria de Valladolid is the organizer of the 22nd edition of INTUR, International Indoor Tourism Fair.
The site is a consortium of which the City Council of Valladolid, the Junta de Castilla y León, the Diputación de Valladolid and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Valladolid are part.
