The councils of Education and Youth of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, in collaboration with the Federation of Associations of Parents of the municipality, have scheduled three training actions aimed at personal and academic development of children and youth.
With 35 enrolled students, the workshop on study techniques and 'mindfulness' has begun at the Youth Center, where professionals from the Center for Psychology, Pedagogy, Training and Personal Development 'Imaginia' provide useful tools for day-to-day life and to encourage motivation as students.
In the coming weeks the first edition of the 'Children's Emotional School' will be given, which will work - through games, group dynamics and other attractive activities for children - aspects such as self-knowledge, self-esteem, self-control and empathy.
The 'Creative Reading Club', which is in its fifth edition, is the third scheduled activity.
