Eva María Álvarez Carreño, manager of 'Lipoescultor' Clinics, and the local embroiderers' collective will receive the recognitions to the 'Mujer Empresaria' and 'Mujer Trabajadora' 2019, respectively, granted annually by the Department of Women of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz .
The awards will be delivered on Friday, March 8, coinciding with the 'International Women's Day', during an event that will take place at 8.30 pm at the Thuillier Theater.
The entrepreneur Eva Álvarez Carreño began her entrepreneurial career in 2010 with the center of aesthetics and health care opened in Plaza Huerto de los Frailes in Caravaca de la Cruz.
Three years later, he opened the second Cehegín, expanding the services to professional training academy.
Later, Lipoescultor expanded to Murcia capital, with two aesthetic surgery clinics and other services related to health and body care.
The different centers have a varied team of professionals formed by about 25 professionals, from medical personnel to experts in aesthetic or sport treatments.
On the other hand, the Department of Women has granted the recognition of 'Woman Worker' to the embroiderers of the town, more than thirty women, most of them in active, who perform the harnessing of the Horses of Wine and other jobs for the festivities of Moors and Christians or Holy Week.
For years, his silent work has contributed to the aggrandizement of the festivities of Caravaca de la Cruz and his contribution has been decisive for the maintenance and boom of the Wine Horses, currently candidates to be declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO .
