On the other hand, the Department of Women has promoted a campaign in social networks that involves uploading images in the workplace, family or play with the label # SúmateCaravaca to support and demonstrate the real participation of women in all sectors of society .
The theme chosen by the UN for this year is 'Think Equality, Build Smart, Innovate for Change' and focus on innovative ways in which we can advocate for gender equality and the empowerment of women, especially in the areas related to social protection systems, access to public services and sustainable infrastructure.
The 'International Women's Day' is a good time to reflect on the progress made, ask for more changes and celebrate the courage and determination of women who have played a key role in the history of their countries and communities.
