The students of the cycle of Basic Vocational Training of 'Cooking and Restoration', taught by the Center for Adult Education of the Northwest have made a practical demonstration of their knowledge in the new facilities of the Regional Association for the Promotion of Hospitality and Tourism del Noroeste (Asprocomur), based in Caravaca de la Cruz, in the old 'Pedro Marín' halls.
The Mayor, José Moreno, and Councilman Enrique Fuentes participated in this demonstration and highlighted the support of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz to Asprocomur to provide the facilities of the School of Hospitality.
"From the first moment we have been working with Asprocomur because we understand that everything that is invested in the hotel trade is to invest in the future and we need a well-prepared sector," said the mayor.
Asprocomur was launched with the aim of collaborating with the administrations in the promotion of gastronomy.
They promote various initiatives, among which the creation of the training center stands out, with which the world of restoration is valued, fostering the study of this profession and the professionalization of the sector.
