The four school cooperatives created this course in the 'Cervantes' school have sold their products in the weekly market to collaborate with charities with projects related to childhood and the use of water.
The councilor for Education and Youth, Ana Luisa Marcos, has visited this initiative framed in the project 'Embarka', the entrepreneurship program at early ages aimed at schools in the Region of Murcia.
The mayor and the participating teachers explained that the Cervantes school has nine consecutive courses participating in this program, along with other schools in the region.
The objective is to promote entrepreneurial spirit, team work and decision making, among other aspects.
In addition, the Cervantes school takes advantage of this experience of creating companies in the classroom for the project 'Erasmus +', exporting this idea to other European cities to implement models of work in the classroom that are motivating for students.
