The City of Caravaca de la Cruz, within the National Pact against Gender Violence, has programmed the 'Storytelling in family', in which schoolchildren from schools will participate both in the urban area and in the districts.
These storytelling workshops for equality and diversity will be held at the CEIP 'Valle del Quípar' in La Almudema (Tuesday, 18, at 11.30 am), at the CEIP 'Sierra de Mojantes' (Monday, 24 June, at 9.30 am), at the CEIP 'Virgen de La Candelaria' (Monday, June 24, at 11.30 am).
In the urban area, the storytellers are held in the Municipal Public Library, where students from various schools and the general public wishing to attend will travel (Wednesday, June 19, at 9.30 and 11.30 am) and at the CEIP 'El Salvador '(Thursday, June 20, at 9.30 and 10.30).
The State Pact against Gender Violence includes among its points of agreement to reinforce and expand in the field of education equal values ​​and respect, with the organization of workshops and training activities in educational centers at all stages of age, from children to teenagers
Family Storytelling 'is part of this measure, thanks to the funding and skills reserved for local entities.
