The mayor of Caravaca de la Cruz, José Francisco García, has held a meeting with the consul general of Ecuador in the Murcia Region, Daniel Peñaranda, to lay the foundations for collaboration between both institutions.

During the meeting, different issues have been addressed from a social, business and cultural point of view and initiatives are planned to facilitate administrative procedures through the 'Mobile Consulate' service and other projects related to the association of the resident Ecuadorian community in the town.
