The City Council of Caravaca offers more than 1,500 places aimed at the minor categories
The City Council of Caravaca de la Cruz kicks off the sporting course with the presentation of the program of promotion of the basic sport 'Municipal Sports Schools', composed of about 20 disciplines, with more than 1,500 places aimed at the minor categories.
The Councilor for Sports, Pepe Tudela, and the head of the area, Pedro Antonio Abril, together with the team of monitors, presented the 2019/2020 offer, which includes news such as the implementation of the Generic School in Archivel, thus meeting the demand made by neighbors of the district, and the extension of the School of Activities in Nature with the creation of a new group.
"We have also worked on matching categories and training numbers in all sports. Another highlight has been the transfer of the youth offer to sports clubs to encourage participatory promotion and promotion to senior sports. To favor this step, exclusive aid to youth sports will be collected in the next calls for club grants, with special attention to women's sport, "said Peil Tudela.
The City Council of Caravaca de la Cruz favors inclusion in the sports field with the 'Paradeportiva School' and the Rafael Nadal Foundation Tennis School.
The 'Municipal Sports Schools' offer consists of disciplines such as Rhythmic Gymnastics, Modern Dance, Triathlon, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Indoor Soccer, Athletics, Roller Skating, Orientation Races, Handball, Chess, Horse Riding or Activities in the Nature.
Registration will be made from Monday, September 9, with specific days for each modality, through www.sporttia.com or in person at the offices of the Department of Sports, located in the Juan Antonio Corbalán pavilion.
The tuition fees are priced at 31.30 euros per quarter (19 euros Paradeportiva), with the 20% discount for large families.
The start of the activities will take place from Monday, September 16.
