The City of Caravaca de la Cruz opens the registration period in the 'Theater School' for children and young people, which will be taught in the facilities of the Centro Joven during the next months.
"This proposal is integrated into the programming of the Department of Youth, consisting of workshops, courses and specific activities with which we promote alternative and healthy forms of leisure among children and youth," said the councilor responsible for the area, Laura Sánchez , accompanied by the director of the school, the caravaqueña actress Lola Salcedo, graduated in Dramatic Art.
Boosting the love of performing arts and social skills are two of the objectives of this 'Theater School', which is now in its fourth edition and for which more than 70 students have already passed.
As actress Lola Salcedo has advanced, "activities will be carried out to improve communication, self-esteem, creativity, respect or teamwork, among other skills and values."
In addition, during the course you work on a theatrical performance that is staged as the closing ceremony.
The 'Theater School' will have two children's groups for boys and girls from 8 to 13 years old (Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. or Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.) and a young group from 14 to 30 years old (Friday from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. hours).
Places are limited and registration is priced at 20 euros per quarter.
