Nearly 60 public employees of the Caravaca de la Cruz City Council receive specialized training this week to promote the implementation of electronic administration.
The mayor, José Francisco García, inaugurated the training sessions, together with the Director General of Public Function, Carmen María Zamora.
During the opening, the Mayor of Caracas thanked the collaboration of the Autonomous Government to carry out this course, as well as the involvement of municipal staff, "as we take a new step to adapt to the times, improve the services we provide to citizens and give effective compliance to the regulations that require public administrations to apply electronic administration. "
"We also want to work so that citizens know much better the tools at their disposal to carry out the usual steps with the local administration, avoiding displacement and speeding up the times," said José Francisco García.
The training action is promoted by the Department of Human Resources of the Caravaqueño Consistory, within the Training Plan of the School of Training and Innovation of the Public Administration (EFIAP) of the Autonomous Community.
The objective of the course is to deepen the implementation of the Electronic Administration in the municipalities through the Sedipualb @ platform, which allows public employees to digitally process the administrative activity they perform, such as hiring models, electronic notifications, resolutions, files, registration or agreements of collegiate bodies, among other aspects.
The electronic headquarters, through the Sedipualb @ platform, has been in operation since the last quarter of last year.
