The Department of Commerce and Consumption of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz has launched the annual campaign to join the 'Consumer Arbitration System'.
For this, the technician responsible for the Municipal Consumer Office (OMIC) is visiting different public establishments and companies to report the advantages of this system, which improves customer service.
Currently, the municipality of Caravaca de la Cruz has 339 companies that have implemented the 'Consumer Arbitration System', an instrument to resolve the complaints of consumers and users through an extrajudicial mechanism, simple, fast, efficient and without costs .
Adhering to it guarantees a better protection of rights, while encouraging employers, merchants or professionals to make quality and care one of their work tools.
The adhered company publicly offers the commitment that all claims of an economic nature that its clients wish to raise can be resolved in a fair, free, fast and simple way, without the need to go to the Courts of Justice, being this one more element of quality that the person should value when deciding where to acquire their goods and services.
The Consumer Arbitration System is the highest level of response that an establishment offers to its clientele in case of complaint.
Companies that join this conflict resolution mechanism have an official badge.
