The work, Terrible Angel of Thirst by Miguel Sánchez Robles (Caravaca de la Cruz) has been declared Finalist of the Fernando Rielo World Prize for Mystic Poetry, in this 2019 in its thirty-ninth edition.
At the annual contest, 248 works from 25 countries have attended.
Works where each poet tries to reflect, capture in art, the union of love with the Absolute in such a degree that the poetic constant evokes, in a very high way, this mystical union.
The mystical poet, contrary to the so-called religious poet, will never wonder, even as an aesthetic resource, about the existence or non-existence of God, just as no one questions the existence or non-existence of the air he breathes.
(Bases).
The proclamation of the winning work will be carried out in a public ceremony that will take place at the Pontifical University of Salamanca, on December 12 of this 2019.
