The Minister of Education and Culture, Esperanza Moreno, visited today with the mayor of Caravaca de la Cruz, José Francisco García, the Institute of Secondary Education San Juan de la Cruz, in which the Community has invested 294,339 euros in reforms.
Specifically, the project contemplated the replacement of 180 windows, with their respective blinds and safety glass, as well as a total of ten doors of the main building.
With this action, adequate thermal insulation is achieved which, in turn, favors energy efficiency in the center.
Moreno met the current needs of the institute, by hand its director, Isidro de la Osa, and the work that teachers and students do daily.
Currently, in Caravaca de la Cruz there are five public schools, one concerted and two secondary schools.
