In order to repair the urgent needs on the road of both the town center and the districts, the City Council of Caravaca de la Cruz, through its Department of Works, has launched a Plan for Repairing the Bacheado.
"These are basic maintenance tasks both for road safety and for the maintenance of the vehicles themselves, something that should not be extraordinary but a common part of municipal management, but which we had to intensify and face in these first months of government municipal with specific plans due to the large amount of work pending, "said the mayor, José Francisco García, during the visit to the work being carried out in Barranda, accompanied by the Councilor for Works, José Antonio Sánchez, and the pedneo, Patrocino Sánchez.
For its part, the head of the Department of Works, José Antonio Sánchez, explained that the work in the firm is being carried out by specialized operators "through the projected asphalt technique, a new, clean and durable system."
The mayor has informed that "this first phase of the plan has been endowed with 30,000 euros and that the municipal budget of 2020 will include more actions in this regard to be able to cover needs in this area that the pediatric mayors and the neighbors themselves transfer us.
The mayor has also made reference to other projects already carried out by the different councils to improve the care and maintenance of the municipality such as "the cleaning shock plan, the renewal of the horizontal signage, the reinforcement of the gardening service, the plan of clearing of rural roads and the recent commissioning of closed public spaces, such as the Nature Hall of the Marqués Fountains, which was a kind of warehouse. "
