The Social Services Center of the Northwest of the Region of Murcia since yesterday bears the name of María José Rosa Mayordomo, the person who in the last 27 has been its director.
The act of discovery of the plaque was surrounded by colleagues, family and users and preceded by the interventions of the mayor of Caravaca de la Cruz and current president of the Commonwealth of Social Services, José Francisco García;
of the vice president and alderman of Moratalla, Jesús Amo;
of the director general of Social Services of the Autonomous Community, José López Mellado, and of the current director of the center, Francisca Meca.
"With this simple but endearing act, the city councils of Calasparra, Caravaca, Cehegín and Moratalla comply with the proposal presented by the center's staff, subsequently approved in an extraordinary plenary session of the Commonwealth," according to José Francisco García.
Participants in the event referred to the commitment that María José Rosa Mayordomo has to encourage, promote and contribute to the development of Social Services in the Northwest Region, highlighting its organizational capacity and teamwork to offer a quality public service, something that has made her deserving of the respect and admiration of the people who have performed her professional activity under her direction.
