The Department of Animal Protection of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz continues to launch various initiatives to promote responsible ownership of animals, prevent abandonment and promote civic behavior and good neighborly living.
Among these actions is the 'Canine Education and Communication' course, which the professionals of the 'Agrocan' School will teach from February to June, taking advantage of the facilities of the Municipal Park of Road Education.
During the course, led by the canine educator Pablo Navarro, attendees will learn how dogs communicate with their owners and with other animals;
basic obedience and urban obedience exercises will be performed.
"We will create skills with our dogs and above all we will learn to understand them better to improve our relationship with them on a daily basis," said the mayor responsible for the area of ​​Animal Protection, Ana Belén Martínez, who has pointed out that this course is aimed at Pet owners
"From Escuela Canina Agrocan we are very proud to collaborate with two municipalities of the Northwest of Murcia, as well as with the Club of 'Agility' Río Mula, in the realization of these courses. We firmly believe that the improvement of our society with respect to the relationship that we keep with our dogs goes through the involvement of public institutions in the organization and promotion of this type of courses and events.
