The 'Woman entrepreneur 2020' will be Inés Mataix, general director of the plant biotechnology company 'Invisa', with headquarters Barranda, and the 'Woman worker 2020', Antonia Sánchez Ferrer, who for the past 45 years has been leading the business family 'Still Life Isi'.

The City Council of Caravaca de la Cruz will give recognition to the 'Woman entrepreneur 2020' to Inés Mataix, general director of the plant biotechnology company 'Invisa', based in the Caravan district of Barranda.
A company dedicated to research and development of projects to improve agriculture, formed by a team of 25 professionals, of the 24 are women from rural areas.
Inés Mataix is ​​an agronomist from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, specializing in Rural Engineering. She has an extensive professional curriculum linked to research within the agricultural field.

A project that has had a strong social and industrial impact, with which it has been recognized with the prize of 'Successful Women Engineers' of the Union of Associations of Industrial Technical Engineers and Graduates in Engineering of the Industrial Branch of Spain.
The caravaqueña develops its career in multiple sectors such as construction, renewable energy and the agri-food sector.
The other special mention of 'Women's Day' has been in biochemistry and a doctor in molecular biosciences María Martínez López, who has recently been awarded in the Annual Awards for Young Scientists of the Murcia Lyceum Region of Science - Banco de Santander.
Currently, the young caravaqueña continues her research in a postdoctoral stay at the Champalimaud Foundation in Lisbon, where she collaborates with new research related to the beneficial microorganisms that inhabit the intestine and how they can influence the nervous system.
